- Показаны преимущества использования автомобильного топлива с добавками оксигенатов по сравнению с традиционным углеводородным топливом. Рассмотрено потенциальное воздействие этанола, метанола и их производных, входящих в состав автомобильного топлива, на состояние окружающей среды и здоровье человека. Проанализированы проблемы, связанные с загрязнением окружающей среды метилтретбутиловым эфиром (МТБЭ). Отмечены преимущества использования топливного этанола.
