- Abstract
- The results of the thermal oxidation of thinfilm ironnickel solid solutions near the pure components, both from the iron, and from the nickel at magnetron sputtering on monocrystalline silicon wafers. It is shown that the monotonic dependence of the changing composition property offers special (abnormal) points expressed in terms of extremes. For the system Fe-Ni and Ni-Fe is a point corresponds to the content of doped metal about 1 at. %. It is supposed that these areas formed a more petrfect composition of oxides of iron and nickel, which were originally possessing UT shortage of metal (Fe3O4, FeO, NiO) or oxygen (Fe2O3). At oxidation of Ni-Fe found as joint compounds of these metals such as NiFe are and NiFe3.
