- Abstract
- Thermal processes in layered composite materials (LCM) on examples of the elementary details as bimetallic plates and cylinders are considered. The method of estimation of heat conductivity LCM with the help nomograms of the thermal resistance is offered allowing on constructions designing stage rationally by to choose materials with optimum properties on the basis of a ratio of thickness of initial materials in a composite. The opportunity of effective realization of technology of explosive welding of metals is shown at creation of bimetallic water-cooled details of industrial electric furnaces, flat and cylindrical bimetallic crystallizers for continuous fusion of metals.
