- Abstract
- Properties of the compositions received by preliminary introduction of fibres in rubber latex with the subsequent coagulation of latex and vulcanization of the filled rubber are investigated. Influence of type, the contents and lengths of a fibres is established at various charges coagulating agent on properties of rubbers, rubber mixes and them vulcanizates. It is investigated swelling kinetics of vulcanizates, filled by fibres. It is shown that introduction of a cotton fibre does not worsen property vulcanizates, and introduction of a viscose and kapron fibres allows to raise such parameters vulcanizates, as stability to thermal ageing, repeated deformations, resistance to tear without deterioration of other operational characteristics.
