- Abstract
- Physical and mathematical simulation of thermal process of system "metal melt-a coating- a crystallizer pan wall" at the moment of steel priming is presented in this article. For mathematical simulation the software product is developed. The using of it allows to trace character of determination of temperature pattern in a coating at a heat shock at the moment of steel priming, to analyze temperature pattern from time in a coating and a wall of a crystallizer pan and to specify the max rate of temperature. The obtained effects have been used for technology option of a spraying of inoculating coatings from a neakel and a metal-clad neakel on a working wall of crystallizer pan installation for continuous casting.
