- Abstract
- Development possibilities of solid-fuel of submarine-launched ballistic missiles with application of composites were studien. Some results of the design work, performed at the missile developmental stage for the cases of the combined I-II stage engines of the R-39 missile were presented that allowed to decrease the missile length. A compact composite structure of engines and interstage section and an original scheme of engine controls are proposed. The designs can be introduced in the development of solid-fuel missiles with application of composites.
