- Abstract
- The problem of quality and safety of agricultural goods is very important now. Due to the market saturation the goods (especially foreign ones) are often of poor quality and sometimes health-damaging. Therefore amid the current ecological situation a search of alternative environmentally friendly products is the top priority. Among the solutions of the problem there was a formulating of new types of natural juice rich in biologically active substances not harmful to health.
