- Abstract
- The total x-ray reflected fluorescence elemental analysis of underground water is realized. Dependence of detection limits of chemical elements on x-ray tube anode voltage is investigated. The sample preparation method, the quantitative analysis by using internal standard technique, the math base for processing of experimental spectra are described. The parameter of math processing influence on the quantitative analysis results is investigated. The conclusion about prospects of using the total x-ray reflected fluorescence elemental analysis of underground water is drawn.
