- Abstract
- Results of research on production of the zircon concentrate - based ceramic composite materials were presented. Various marks of the zircon concentrate were used. It was established that introducing of microspheres from stabilized zirconium dioxide a component of the ceramics allows to decrease the thermal conductivity, and to save compression strength of the ceramics at a level more than refractory one simultaneously. It was shown that the properties of the zircon concentrate depend on given impurities, which favour of decomposition temperature decreasing.
