- Abstract
- plasma sourse influence on surface morphological features, corrosion resistance in alkaline mediums, phase and chemical composition of the Ti-Al-N based films was investigated. The films are formed by dual non-balanced magnetron system. Wear resistance of drills having hard alloy sheets from BK8 and BK60M used for rock boring in oil industry was increased.
