- Abstract
- The hydrodynamic features of the valve devices for homogenization, intended for machining emulsions (crushing of the dispersive environment) are considered. According to the basis of a hypo-thesis of step-type behavior of a liquid phase laws of distribution hydro- and thermodynamic characteristics of a stream are received. The existence of zones of ultralow pressure in the zones of cavitations is theoretically confirmed. The estimation calculation of thermodynamic characteristics of the emulsion drops in the zone of ultralow pressure is presented.
