- Abstract
- Dielectric, piezoelectric, deformative and reversible characteristics of solid solutions of multicomponent system on the basis of lead zincum (PbNb2/3Zn1/3O3, PZN) - magnesium (PbNb2/3Mg1/3O3, PMN) - niceium niobat (PbNb2/3Nb1/3O3, PNN) and lead titanate (PbTiO3, PT) modificated by barium (Ba). Connections of these properties with structural parameters were described. We have conclude that obtained compositions can be used in active elements of some electro-technical devises.
