- Abstract
- Results of research of properties of phenilon S3 powder and its compositions with fluoroplast-4 (F-4) after explosive pressing were presented. It was found, that the explosive treatment of phenilon and his compositions leads to increase of their heat-resistance and operating temperature. Introduction F-4 in phenilon allows to regulate the material properties widely, increases its wear resistance and reduces the coefficient of friction at work without lubrication. Compositions obtained by explosive pressing have high mechanical, tribological properties and elevated temperature performance compared with similar compositions obtained by hot pressing.
