- Abstract
- Under consideration is the problem of building an instrumentation management system for examining the high-temperature processes of powder fired coating formation based on National Instruments VI techniques. А possibility of the control accuracy enhancement by transforming the borders of a shadow image to the light reference markers with the following definition of an illuminance distribution center is further studied. We reached 1 micron accuracy of coating profile measurement in the range of 4 mm. The accuracy increase allowed making more detailed studies of Na-B silicate coatings formation on ceramic paddings.
