- Abstract
- It article ways of joint achievement of ecological safety of development of a shelf and minimization of expenses for this safety are offered. The methodology of the approach is based on mathematical modelling of ecological system of a shelf and modelling of risk variations. The basic condition of nature protection actions it is necessary primacy of definition of size of allowable risk of ecological system, instead of allowable intensity of anthropogenous influence.
