- Abstract
- For the decision of a question of thermal stability maintenance of nano- and submicrocrystalline structures formed during strengthening ultrasonic processing (USP) theoretical and an experimental researches of thermal processes at the given kind of processing are lead. The physical and mathematical model of heat exchange between the ultrasonic tool and a processable detail is presented. Model allows to define temperature fields in a processable detail at any moment in view of basic technological parameters USP. It is established that settlement and experimental data are coordinated with sufficient for practice accuracy.
