- Abstract
- In activity a number(series) of the requirements to implants, used in dental practice is formulated. The testing implants was conducted with the purpose of definition of conformity issued is model to the formulated requirements. The testing has shown, that the vapor-deposited coatings have a high porosity. The porosity of coatings, from balling of fragments has the ordered frame ensuring demanded degrees of freedom of dens. The porosity of fragments practically misses. The coatings evaporated by fragmentation fragments on surface with developed nano-porosity of fragments have a gentle network of interparticle channels. Coupling of fragments, sputtered balling high. The fragments - globules drain in a point of contact with a substrate. Coupling of coatings from fragmentation fragments low-level: the pores, lack of adhesion, limit without coalescence are watched. The quality of coating by fragmentation fragments can considerably be improved by preheating a substrate before a coating. Nickelid of a titanium has no cancerogenic operating. Nor have cancerogenic operating a nickel and vanadium present in doped alloys, from which one produce a body implants.
