- Abstract
- The main aspects of development and existing technical solutions in the field of manufacturing of sandwich constructions with syntactic core are described. The sandwich construction, based on cyanate ester matrix with glass microspheres and carbon fibres are shown. The high mechanical characteristic of sandwich costruction are marked (with temperature 160 oC). The results of practical mechanical data and mathematic data has a good correlation. The prospects of using syntactic cores for manufacturing of aerospace parts are shown.
