- Abstract
- The structure of diffusion layers on the interlayer border in the composite material of Cu-Al system received by complex technology including explosion welding of multilayered packages and their subsequent cold rolling on the thickness providing the set volumetric ratio of basic and intermetallic layers after the final operation of heating is investigated. For an intensification of diffusion pro-cesses heat treatment of a copper-aluminium composite is offered to be carryed out at the temperatures close to those of aluminium fusion. In the range of temperatures of 20-1000 °С mechanical properties of three-layer layered composites of structure M1+AD1+M1 received on traditional and offered technology with the volumetric contents of intermetallic layer 0, 8, 35 and 50 % are determined.
