- Abstract
- A number of new perspective powder and composite materials and engineering processes of their production are developed in Belarus, they are as follows: technology of sintering of a bulk friction layer on the disk basis; several new frictional composites on the copper, iron and steel bases; technology of cold, warm and hot pressing of compacts; infiltration of porous iron and steel frameworks by melts of copper and its alloys; processes of infiltration and soldering of antifriction bushings of axial-piston hydraulic pumps; technology of production of powder materials with an anisotropic structure; micro alloying by silver of copper powders for starter commutators of internal-combustion engines; cladding by copper of graphite powders for starter brushes; production of composites for electrical contacts of sound signals; gas-cycle cladding of SHM powders and production of composite tool materials thereof for processing of stone, building materials, pavements; production of powders of a given phase and chemical composition on the base of iron, nickel, aluminum and intermetallides containing carbides of titanium, chromium and silicon by SHS methods. The technology of spraying of protective coatings from these powders by methods of gas-thermal spraying, the technology of production of binders of composite tool materials containing SHM, where one of components are mentioned powders, the technology of chemical thermal treatment of steels with the use of above-mentioned powders as backing are developed. The compositions of powder solders on the base of copper and technology of furnace soldering of parts of a complicated shape such as fluid flywheels and torque converters of the automated transmission of road-building techniques are developed.
