- Abstract
- Results of definition of pore structures of nanoporous materials based silicon carbide synthesized on reaction Si + C = SiC are shown. The reasons for achievement of high strength of materials after low temperature synthesis and creating micropores by use of the data of the chemical analysis are being discussed. Taking into account literary data the following conclusion has been made: it is possible to create SiC-nanorods in materials in conditions of experiments.
