- Abstract
- Various plasma-forming gases at ion - plasma coating were investigated. There were received oxy-carbo-nitride and carbo-nitride coatings on the basis of the titanium and zirconium, their erosion resistance, corrosion resistance and heat-resistance were investigated. It is shown that given coatings provide long heat resistance up to 650 °C.
