- Abstract
- Principle possibility and efficiency of producing of surface hardened machine details from nitrated steels with low-carboned structure are determined. It is shown that wear resistance of vanadium contained low-carboned martensite steels after nitriding exceeds wear resistance of traditional nitrated steels in five and more times under conditions of friction by sliding at high specific pressures on surface.
