- Abstract
- The model of the interphase layer of material which contains hard particle under the action of the tensile load is constructed. The version of structural model is proposed. Base for constructing of this model are the results of the investigation, where it is shown that in the environment of structural interfaces appears the additional interphase zone. Mechanical properties of zone are variables. They are changed exponentially from the hardness of particle to the hardness of matrix. Within the framework of the obtained model the dimensions of particle and the extent of interphase zone are taken. Change in the module of elasticity during the rotation of particle according to the relation of the acting load, and also influence of adjacent particles on the properties of interphase layer is taken. Examples of calculation are given.
