- Abstract
- It was established that combination of foamed homogene core of the mouldings with exact dosed nanosized filler (metal or non-metal) leads to changes of the spectre of structural, technological, physical - chemical and mechanical properties of the multiphase model system "thermoplastic matrix - nanosized filler - gas-phase". When processing those compositions in the conditions of Injection Moulding with Gas Counter-Pressure (IMGCP), which is patented in many developed countries, it's possible to obtain products and details with "bone" structure characteristical for this highly technological method, insuring high values of strength-to-weight ratio, configurational stability, encreased strength and damping properties, life characteriecs in a wide exploitation range. IMGCP is possible to regulate and control the whol rheology and technological parameters of the melt and the cavity of the pressform, to forcast and obtain directional structure forming in the ready made produts with encreased electrostatical and radiation safety, reduced flammability, accumulation of residual stresses.
