- Abstract
- The influence of additives of oxides of zinc and zirconium on crystallizing properties, the coefficient of linear thermal expansion and chemical stability of glass-ceramic stuffs (pyroceram) in system Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 is investigated. The optimal content of the additives, permitting to optimize the properties of pyroceram and to use them for a junction with an alloy 29NK in bodies of integrated circuits is determined.
