- Abstract
- Effective systems of diagnostics and non-destructive testing in the modern scientific and technological level is impossible without the use of automation, information and communication technologies. The work presents the results of information provision and fatigue tests of aluminum based alloys obtained by a new method - the contacting scanning potentiometric method. To automate the measurement and processing the information-measuring system has been adapted to conduct a long-term cyclic tests . To explain the results in a competition between the hardening and dynamic recovery a physical model was developed. The four successive stages of fatigue damage accumulation were identified. Each stage is characterized by the values of the activation volume, the local temperature and effective stress.
