- Abstract
- Some aspects of application of the high pressures (1-10 GPa) and temperatures in the technologies for materials with nanostructure are reviewed in the article. High pressures and temperatures (which are created with the high-pressure equipment of the "profiled anvils" type) are reviewed in application to production of ultrahard fullerites from fullerenes, in application to production of metal-nanocarbon composites with high mechanical properties, in application to production of high quality micron diamonds (from the highly dispersed starting materials). High gas pressures are considered in application to production of carbon-nitrogen nanomaterials with high emission properties. The materials of the article is based on the results obtained in Technological institute for superhard and novel carbon materials of Federal agency for science and innovations.
