- Abstract
- The new approach to structure and mechanism of destruction at compression of composite materials is stated. An analytical substantiation of formation by each filler grain of cones of rigidity similar to cones or pyramids of rigidity at destruction of cylindrical or cubic samples with the "effect of the ring" is given. Their total effect results in increase of an effective parts by volume of a filler in a composite and in its greatest durability at compression with contact structure in its formations. The ultimate parts by vo-lume of a filler with contact, floating and critical structure (condition) in composites are obtained. Rational volumetric factor of separation of grains of mortar constituent or bin-ding, equal to 1.15-1.2 is established for preservation of contact structure of a filler in composites.
