- Abstract
- Possibilities of improvement of manufacturing process and raising of properties of engineering ceramic materials were considеred. On the basis of thermodynamic analysis was shown that basic cristallization phases of ceramic materials (silicates, aluminates and others) can already form from oxides at 25 °C. Reactions can be intensify at influence of high-frequency alternating electric field. Effective method of raising of properties ceramic materials-introduction of components from salts solutions with subsequent sintering of articles.
