- Developing of fabrication technique of carbon-reinforced plastic power members of truss-like structures is the main part of members manufacturing. The technological solutions for fabrication of carbon-reinforced plastic rod members in the form of long-length curvilinear box-shaped grid supporting spoke are developed. Such spoke fulfill inevitable high restrictions on shape stability in outer space, rigidity and mass. This spokes are used in truss base construction of main truss base for mirror for the unique orbit antenna created in Russia. Experimentally developed shaping technology of supporting spoke allows to manufacture specified number of spokes for assemblage and trial of main antenna mirror.
