- Abstract
- This article gives the research results of some technological factors' influence on the strength of gas concrete ninth carbonate microfillers. It is show, that both carbonate rocks of different density and strength (limestone, dolomite, chalk and others) and technogenious waste products, generated in large quantities in many industrial works, can be used. The admissible disparity of such additions, their optimal dosage in concrete have been determined. The additions' influence on the variation of the phase composition of hydrothermal hardening' CaO-SiO2-H2O products have been estimated. The conclusion is the expedience of the production of cellular concretes with carbonate microfllters, as it demands insignificant capital investments and leads to the reduction of cement consumption per 1 m3 of concrete for more than 20 %.
