- Abstract
- The technological principles of receiving new materials are considered. The materials are named skeleton fibro-composition materials (SFCM). A first stage of the technological process is discussed more complete: the treatment of the components in the impact-wave plant, which decreases the size of particles in mixtures of different materials, including selected decreasing, provides mixing of nanoparticles, impregnating of some particles, which size belong to micrometer or less, into other, the modification of the shape, entire structure of particles and the degree of their amorphism. A new and important element of workable technological approach is the self-organization of the listed processes in this plant, which is the device in which the synergetic principles receive their application. The process of mixture treatment in the impact-wave plant is the kind of the composite materials receiving through the stage of hetero-organic precursors, when the components of mixture are chosen specially. At the same time there are sharp distinctions: the interaction of components of dispersed material take place in solid phase, not in the fluid, the high values of cubic density of the power, of velocity of particles and of the rate of chemical reactions are achieved. The new conception of receiving the composite with the percolating skeleton is described. Basically this conception has the idea of use of generated interstices, which are filled by polymeric injections. The shapes of polymeric particles, which are received in plant, are described. The approach to method preparation is suggested to determinate the sizes of received formations.
