- Abstract
- The process is intended for purification of waste waters containing fine and hardly-soluble suspensions. The treatment is effected by the electrofloatation method using both insoluble electrodes and ultrafiltration method with ceramical filtering members. The electrodes and filtering members employed in the process resistant against aggresive media. The degree of purification of waste waters from suspended matter is over 95 %, from other contaminants - 90 to 95 %. It is by 15 to 25 % higher than in the on-stream methods of mechanical cleaning. Capacity - 1-10 m3/h.
