- Abstract
- The fundamental laws of carrying out of a new class of fast processes at synthesis of polymers in turbulent flows limited to an impenetrable wall of various designs are considered. The new knowledge characted for these reactions is resulted. The decrease of diffusive restrictions at synthesis of polymers for account of intensification of turbulent mixture in a zone of reaction allows to calculate kinetic parameters of polymerization and polymeranalog processes, to optimize the molecular characteristics of obtained polymeric products, to influence character of carrying out of process as a whole. The obtained results of the theoretical description of turbulent mixture in a zone reaction allow to operate passing of fast processes at synthesis of polymers which are necessary for carrying out in not having of analogues essentially new type of reactors - in small-sized high capacity tubular apparatuses working in a quasiideal mode of replacement, but in turbulent flows. The examples of use of tubular turbulent apparatuses for carrying out of fast processes at synthesis of separate polymers are resulted.
