- Abstract
- Technological process and installation for obtaining of thinfilm protection and electroisolation coatings and films with thickness from several hundred Angstroms to 75 mkm by means of method of thermal decomposition of dimer of р-xylylene and its derivatives under temperature 700-750 °C from gas phase in vacuum with further polymerization and precipitation on support under room temperature have been elaborated. Coatings obtained are characterized by combination of high electrophysical, optical, thermal and other properties.
