- Abstract
- When in use of cold plastic deformation metals are subjected to strengthening. The degree of strengthening (cold-hardening) in deep drawing ۥ s workflows is important, but not adequately studied figure, depended from the whole line of factors today. Using cultivated by authors the applied mathematical apparatus, on the grounds of empirical data, the E-analytical forms of cold-hardening ۥ s one-shot dynamics, depending on making longer the half-finished product ۥ s lower and upper parts are received. The informational and software in kind of formed databases, the applied mathematical apparatus, formed the foundation of simulator of cold-hardening ۥ s one-shot dynamics in making high-pressure gas cylinders ۥ s workflows by deep drawing are presented.
