- Abstract
- The present article deals with an example of optimization the design of radio-electronic device with the help of virtual engineering technology. Optimization of designing with CAD systems makes it possible: to model the device and its characteristics prior the draft design, to reduce the period of manufacturing, to speed the mass production process, and as the result of undertaken measures: to reduce the overall period of putting the device into operation and reduce final cost of the device. As an example the results of power amplifier of microwave frequency assembly designing on the basis of Freescale Semiconductor company transistor are presented.
