- Abstract
- Refined iterative model of mechanical behavior is proposed for the rib-reinforced metal-polymer mediums, operating in conditions of the steady-state creep of incompressible materials of all the components of the composition. It is shown that on the basis equations can be used to determine the stress-strain state in all phases of the composition using the known averaged creep strain rate and temperature in the equivalent material. Verification of the elaborated structural model is performed by comparison of the effective characteristics of the metal-polymer medium, reinforced by cell, with the results of the reference calculations done on the basis of finite element modeling (reference calculation). A good agreement of the elaborated model with the results of numerical experiment and poor alignment previously proposed structural models was shown. Specific calculations of steady-state creep of honeycomb were held for different types of its thermo-force loading.
