- Abstract
- In this paper capabilities of automation methods of input statistical process control with product quality management of electronic devices were analyzed. This paper initiates automation of obtaining and processing statistical control results. Here you will find a comparative analysis based on technical, system, functional and pricing criteria, this analysis shows benefits and limitations of systems under study. Results from software development for automation of obtaining and processing statistical control results are discussed.
