- Abstract
- The aim is to improve the quality of governance and decision-making based on the search for new approaches to address in the field of information security in today's context of rapid information growth, increasing its latency, the rise of political confrontation and competitive countries. An approach to the optimization of the ratio between the volumes of protected and unprotected (disclosure) information that can help boost the level of sustainability. The question of the feasibility of a non-classical approach to the information protection on the basis of quantum-mechanical effects is concidered. The priority directions for possible development the issue is outlined.
