- Abstract
- Method for obtaining estimates of the probabilities of mutual transitions of Markov chains with discrete time in the intermediate points of the interval control (monitoring) of interest. Using fractional degree eigenvalues of the original (first) matrix of probabilities of mutual transitions. Fractional degree define the step of the new, more detailed sampling time monitoring transitions. This allows to simplify the calculation procedure of the control objects while maintaining the accuracy of the parameters of the approximations. Theoretical statements are checked in detail by the numerical experiment carried out in two variants: for reliable and less reliable systems. This further confirmed the positive features of the proposed method.
