- Abstract
- This article describes the problems of the introduction of Quality Management System (QMS) to the Higher Education Institutions the example of St. Petersburg State Technological Institute (technical university). Analyzed the typical difficulties in implementation of the QMS to the university. Identified and disclosed the necessity of loyal, "soft" approach to implementing the QMS. The author has analyzed the processes of the SPbSTI (TU) and allocated two types of activities: education and research. Developed and presented the scheme of interaction processes in these types of activities. Also, the specialty designed QMS was presented to the SPbSTI (TU).
