- Abstract
- Previous studies have showed that the combination of definite steps could lead to the transition to a "green" economy. Those steps include: efficient use of natural resources, maintaining and increasing natural capital; reduction of pollution; low carbon emissions; prevention of loss of biodiversity and ecosystem services They will definitely increase social welfare and reduce the risks of a negative impact on the environment. Waste oil and petrochemicals more often cause anthropogenic pollution of the soil by producing a wide range of toxicants of different nature. Taking into account the economic effect throughout the whole process of quality formation makes it possible to determine the national economic importance of improving product quality thus helping to save total costs of labor, raw materials and to increase the final social product. In addition, the use of waste fuel and energy complex in the production of thermal insulation materials will significantly dispose industrial waste, save scarce traditional natural materials, and will widen the raw material base of building materials and will make a significant contribution to environmental protection. Using of waste coal will reduce the cost of raw materials and will provide effective insulation materials with thermal conductivity in the range 0.20-0.25 W / (m°C).
