- Abstract
- The effects of simple and combined modifiers on the electrical properties of environmentally friendly ferroelectric piezoelectric materials based on the system of (Na1-xKx)NbO3 were determined. Features of the thermo frequency behaviou of solid solutions were studied. Solid solutions with optimal properties were found. They exhibit high characteristics (Kp ~ 0.5, d33 ~ 160 pC/N), low е/е0 ~ 350 and Qm ~ 100). The materials can be used throughout as the receive mode (sound pickups, displacement sensors), as well as in power applications (piezoelectric motors).
