- Possibilities of the polymeric composite materials (PCM) on the basis of the polymeric matrixes and high-strength and high-modular continuous fibers (reinforced by PCM) use in a design of the new generation aircraft (A) high-loaded units are investigated. Characteristics of initial components are provided: the reinforcing fibers and polymeric binding various nature, and also the main technical requirements to a complex of PCM physicomechanical characteristics. Conditions of solidity of the reinforced PCM on the basis of which the demanded elastic and strength characteristics of initial components are formulated are specified. Calculated values of the reinforced PCM component value of the characteristic coefficient compliance (for example, coefficient of a matrix properties realization) to its theoretical value, and solidity coefficient (physicomechanical compatibility of material components) for carbon and organic fibers, and also thermoreactive and thermoplastic polymeric matrixes are obtained. The most effective current technologies of the aircraft designs production from the reinforced PCM with the increased value of coefficient of solidity are given.
