- Abstract
- The results of complex researches in the Arctic make it possible to assess the impact of global warming on the change of a number of indicators of the state of the environment in the Arctic. The increase in temperature averages 0,38 °С for marine waters and 0,23 °С for unconsolidated sediments. This entails an increase in the depth of the permafrost roof, the destruction of banks, retreat of glaciers, shifting the timing of ice formation.
