- Abstract
- Presents the research results of environmentally friendly ceramic solid solutions of binary system of (Ba, Sr)TiO3 by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It is shown that the electronic and crystal structure of BST-ceramics significantly and no monotonically dependent on the sintering temperature of the samples. It is concluded about the feasibility to apply the obtained data in the development of functional materials with the participation of BST-solid solutions and devices of electronic equipment based on them.
