- Abstract
- Recover the primary measured data - velocity of the charge carriers - the results of the publication of the mobility obtained by time-of-flight technique. It turned out that (1) restored the speed of the charge carriers a uniform is film thickness in 19 of 22 independent experiments for different polymer materials, which means monoenergetics of traps in the materials; (2) the functions of Arrenius of the specific rate constant for the rate in three of the eight independent experiments for the PVK linear and intersect near the ordinate-axis, which means the absence inside PVK observed in the case of mobility of conflict theory and experiment and significant areas of uncertainty.
