- Abstract
- The problems of design and manufacturing of a composite superstructure of a passengerhydrofoil craft into account mass efficiency and from the viewpoint of ensuring its durability are considered. It is noted that in the process preparation for the creation of a composite superstructure on the basis of the criterion of mass efficiency, the design of its structure, the choice of composite material and the technology of manufacturing from it a design based on certain raw materials and technologies were carried out. As a material of the construction, polyester fiberglass plastic is chosen. The method of contact molding produced a prototype composite superstructure. It is established that the quality of its manufacture meets the requirements of technical specifications.
